"My accounts we're transferred over to Mr Pittman's office when my insurance man retired. I am very happy with the new service we sat down did a full policy review I had 10 policies and each one of them had adjustment in a good way so I think Mr Pittman for his professional and he was very courteous about looking through all the details of my account and has really updated my policies with State Farm so I enjoyed my visit and I look forward to working with him in the future. The entire staff at Mr Pittman's office is very professional and super friendly so I really enjoyed working with all of them today"

"After 29 years with our previous insurance company, we had to draw a line & look for something cheaper. State Farm had given my sons a good deal on their car insurance recently, so we started asking some questions. The monthly cost, when it was all said & done, ended up being less than half with the same or better coverage. Pat Wright from Chuck Pittman’s office in Waterloo, IL answered all our questions & secured every deal he could to get our business. Although we have a little further to go before the deal is done, the transition up to this point from our old insurance to State Farm has been very smooth. We ended up bundling both home & auto & we’re looking forward to the future while saving just a little more in the present. Thanks, State Farm, it seems we’re in good hands (smile)."
