"This agency is exactly what I was hoping for from State Farm. After my long term State Farm agent had closed their agency, I was shuffled around by corporate to other agencies. Once I learned that I could choose my own agent, Chuck Pittman was highly recommended, even by another former agent. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by a friendly young lady, who was courteous and kind - she really listened. Emilee then introduced me to Patrick who took care of everything necessary to transfer to this agency. He did everything on line (…which I could not have done!) and I was good to go in 30 minutes. Plus, the 3 of us realized we had met previously - even better. This was exactly “the hometown State Farm” I grew up with and, like my parents and grandparents, had been with for decades! Emilee has since promptly helped me with insurance info on a potential new vehicle purchase, and I did it with a super friendly and helpful phone call - not even a trip in to the Office. I would not hesitate to give this agency the highest possible recommendation, and will gladly recommend them to anyone!"
